The MimeCentre is a centre for production, creation and stimulation of new mime productions in Flanders / Belgium. It is specially design to help local students and beginning mime artists in the first place, but also to participate in the artistic development of international projects.

On a second level The MimeCentre is a centre for information and documentation for the non-verbal and/of physical theatre in general, and the art of mime in particular.

It is the only mime-unit in Belgium taking fulltime care on the professional evolution and development of this artform today. People interested in mime - students/programmers/artists/press/governements/etc., please feel free to contact us at any time. You never know, maybe a star is born...
